Payment Policy
Absent & Makeup Policy
*Policy in effect from beginning of September to the end of June
Payment must be received by the last week of every month for the next month and you will be billed every day of the year EXCEPT for statutory holidays, two weeks of Winter Break and one week of Spring Break with no exceptions. The payment will cover the entire month with no refunds. Please note that books and supplies are additional costs and are not included in the monthly payment.

Cash, cheques, or e transfers are accepted forms of payment with a receipt that can be issued to you.

Lessons that are given notice of absence will still be charged regardless of factors such as illness, family obligations and vacations however there will be an allowance of up to 3 makeups per year that I will provide at my discretion. This entails ONLY three scheduled makeups to teach a lesson that you missed and does not carry over each year. Please note: these makeups may be given on weekdays and not weekends. This is subject to change upon my discretion.
After the 3 makeup lessons are used up, parents and students will have no more provided to them. Please make a note that make up lessons will not be 100% guaranteed due to scheduling conflicts.

For absences that are not given at least 24 hours notice, there will be no makeup provided to you as well as any no shows which entails if you do not show up to your lesson and you have a scheduled lesson that day.

If I am absent, I will not issue a refund but provide a makeup on a day that is suitable for myself and the parent/student.

Termination Policy
*Policy in effect from beginning of September to the end of August
If parents or students wish to terminate their lessons, they are free to do so but must give a month's notice with notice being effective at the end of the current month.

Parents or students may choose to be absent for the remainder of their lessons but they will still be charged.

Summer Lessons
Parents and students are not obligated to attend lessons throughout the whole entire summer so they may choose the number of lessons they would like without being charged for the whole month if they do not wish it.

Please note: the absent and makeup policy still applies for lessons that have already been scheduled and paid for.
